Ebenezer is the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, where he leads business growth initiatives, including sales strategy development, strategic partnerships, market research, revenue forecasting, and performance target setting.
Before joining PenTrust, he served as Head of Business Development at Prestige Pension Trust Limited. He began his career at La Community Bank in 2006 as a National Service Personnel and rose to Officer in Charge of Treasury and Investment, contributing to cash and liquidity management, risk management, and treasury operations and controls.
Ebenezer later joined Gold Coast Fund Management as Regional Manager for the Brong Ahafo Region, overseeing mutual funds, fixed-income securities, private wealth accounts, and pension funds, before moving to the firm’s headquarters as Manager, Sales and Business Development.
He is a licensed Securities and Exchange Commission investment representative with over 18 years’ combined experience in banking, investments, and pension management.
Ebenezer holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Business School. He is currently a Ph.D. Finance candidate at the University of Ghana Business School, with research interests in stock market liquidity, pension funds, green finance, and digital transformation.
