Dr. Nana Kweku Nduom is a business strategist, academic, and executive leader with deep experience spanning international business, finance, and entrepreneurship. He has held senior leadership roles within Groupe Nduom globally and currently serves as President of Groupe Nduom (Ghana), driving strategic expansion and enterprise growth across multiple sectors.
A Princeton-trained economist with an MBA from Wharton and a PhD from The George Washington University (GWU), Dr. Nduom’s academic work focuses on diaspora investment, development finance, and emerging-market strategy. He lectures at the University of Ghana Business School, the Nduom School of Business and Technology, and previously at GWU, teaching international business, entrepreneurship, and management.
His professional background includes roles at GE Capital, Merrill Lynch, and Marsh USA, where he built significant expertise in finance, healthcare services, and corporate advisory. He is also an active member of the Academy of International Business and the Academy of Management, contributing as a reviewer and researcher.
